Our Vision

PHM Survey Equipment is at the forefront of the survey equipment industry as the leader in customer service, and survey and construction instrument calibration and repair services. We demand and adhere to a level of traceability for all survey instrument repairs and calibration, currently unavailable in the industry, and we have the initiative to make this happen. We work with the Master Builders Association and both the State and National Governments to develop traceability for the Survey Calibration and Repair industry, to ensure that everyone who needs a repair is receiving a fair go from their technicians of choice.

Since our founding in 1982, we have been committed to doing things differently. We established the guidelines for delivering superior customer service that many now try to follow, and to setting the current friendly, collegial and professional relationships you enjoy with our employees.
